The wildlife rescue station in Dak Lak province has for many years rescued and treated hundreds of wild animals caught in traps or injured.

Police in the northwestern border province of Dien Bien have caught red-handed two suspects when they were transporting two wildlife animals.

The trading and butchering of wildlife animals in the “red list” have been found in markets in the western region, especially Thanh Hoa agricultural product market in Long An province.

Dien Bien police on November 8 said they had seized 47 wildlife animals weighing 169kg in total from two vehicles on National Highway 12.

The forest ranger force of Thanh Hoa province said on June 14 that they had uncovered and seized a truck transporting 74 live Java pangolins, listed in the world red book, weighing 339 kilogrammes.

The 2018 postage stamp contest for children and teenagers aged 8-15 has come to an end with 54 prizes presented, including one special prize, two first and four third prizes.
