Voters in the central province of Binh Dinhdescribed the approval of the revised Constitution as the session’sgreatest success.
The fight against corruption andwastefulness, social welfare policies, especially those targeting peoplein remote and flood-hit areas, as well as the protection of nationalsovereignty over sea and islands were also among issues of voters’interests.
Members of the public from the central provinceof Quang Ngai agreed that the adoption of the revised Constitution andthe Land Law (amended) has met requirements in building a law-governedState, the development of the socialist-oriented market economy andnational construction and protection in the new period.
Voters in Tinh Tho commune, Son Tinh district, asked the NationalAssembly, Government and Quang Ngai province to heed land allocation andjob creation for people affected by the Da Nang-Quang Ngai Highway andthe VSIP industrial, urban and service zone.
They expressed their hope that the State will help farmers in capital and market in production and breeding.
Others in Hanh Nhan commune, Nghia Hanh district, called on thelegislature and Government to roll out measures to curb trafficaccidents and preferential policies towards people who rendered serviceto the revolution. -VNA
