At the first bilateral dialogue in the northern port city of Hai Phongfrom August 1-3, the two sides shared information and experiences aswell as discussed opportunities for tackling the illegal wildlife tradebetween the two countries, then seek a way to develop a common agreementupon which the two countries can operate.
