A fishing boat in the central province of Quang Ngai has rescued a US citizen who was drifting off Vietnam's waters.

Three Thai boats have been arrested for illegally fishing in Vietnam’s waters, according to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the southern province of Ca Mau.
