Dhaka (VNA) – Vietnameseproducts made strong impression on visitors at the Dhaka Motor Show2018, which took place recently in Dhaka capital city of Bangladesh. The fair,one of the largest international automobile events in Bangladesh, featured morethan 600 booths of businesses from France, Italy, the US, Japan, the Republicof Korea, China, the United Arab Emirates, India, Vietnam and host Bangladesh. At theevent, the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery (VEAM) introduced2.5-tonne lorry and agricultural machines such as two-wheeled tractor, waterpump, diesel engine and gearbox. The Vietnamese booth attracted over 200visitors during the March 22-24 event. This wasthe second time that the VEAM had participated in the fair, marking itscooperation with Bangladesh’s Krishibid Group. Thecooperation is part of a Memorandum of Understanding on machinery manufacturingsigned between industry ministries of the two countries during the State visitof President Tran Dai Quang to Bangladesh on March 4-6.-VNA
