Vietnamese firm introduces AI-powered realty forecast technology in Japan

The Vietnamese-based Vitalify Asia Co., Ltd. has unveiled its robotic process automation system specialising in making real estate predictions.

Tokyo (VNA) – The Vietnamese-based Vitalify Asia Co., Ltd. has unveiled itsrobotic process automation system specialising in making real estatepredictions.

The system,named Hankyou baizo kun, was developed by members of the company’s Mobile AlLab team. According to Vitalify Asia, participating engineers have been rankedin the top one percent on Kaggle – a Google platform for predictive modellingand analytics competitions in which companies and researchers post data whilestatisticians and data miners compete to produce the best models for predictingand describing the data.

It will beoperated by RPA Retech Lab Co., Ltd. – a partner of Vitalify Asia in Japan – onthe site //www.rparetechlab.com/hankyobaizo/.

TheAI-powered system automatically selects and nominates suitable propertyprojects for customers, a job that is normally carried out by knowledgeablereal estate agents.

Founded inMay 2008, Vitalify Asia focuses on developing mobile apps, websites, and AItechnology in Ho Chi Minh City. It also runs an office in Tokyo, Japan. –VNA
