Vietnam wins four golds at world bodybuilding champs

Vietnam have won four gold, two silver and two bronze medals at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Hanoi (VNA) - Vietnamhave won four gold, two silver and two bronze medals at the World Bodybuilding andPhysique Sports Championships in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

The gold medals were won by DinhThi Kim Loan in the women’s 55kg, Tran Thi Cam Tu in the women’s fitness at1.60 cm, Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao in the women’s fitness at 1.65 cm, and Pham VanMach in the men’s 55kg bodybuilding.

Nguyen Bich Tram brought home asilver medal in the women’s over 55kg and the another silver medal went toKhanh Khuong in the men’s 55kg bodybuilding.

Hoang Duy Phuc and Tran Thi ThuyLinh won bronze medals in the men’s 65kg and women’s 55kg, respectively.

The tournament, which ends today,is held for the first time in Mongolia. The ninth edition of the event haslured about 500 athletes from more than 60 countries in 39 categories.-VNA
