The Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company (VNVC) and Sanofi on October 8 signed a document guiding the cooperation in manufacturing some vaccines of the French pharmaceutical group in the Southeast Asian country.

The Government on June 19 issued a resolution on the purchase of 30 million doses of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine ordered by the Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company (VNVC).

Negotiations between the Ministry of Health and vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and Gamaleya are underway to ensure COVID-19 vaccination coverage as soon as possible.

High-quality vaccines are available to people on low income with a zero percent interest rate on instalment payments.

The Vietnam Vaccine Joint Stock Company (VNVC) on June 17 inaugurated its third vaccination centre at 243A De La Thanh street in Hanoi.

Another vaccination centre was launched in Ho Chi Minh City’s Phu Nhuan district on December 6, aiming to meet the increasing demand of immunization of local people.
