Vietnam to vie for martial arts titles

Vietnam will compete in six events of the first World Martial Arts Council Games to be held in Bangkok from March 12 to 22.
Vietnam will compete in six events of the first World Martial Arts Council Games to be held in Bangkok from March 12 to 22.

TheVietnamese will fight for titles in the muay boran, muay thai,kickboxing, pencak silat, karatedo and taekwondo categories.

Kung-fu masters from 30 countries are expected to take part in the competition.

The Vietnamese tradition martial art, vovinam, will also make its debut through a demonstration event.-VNA
