Hanoi (VNA) – A 55-member Vietnamese sport delegation will take part in the Children of Asia International Sports Games scheduled for July 4-17 in Russia, according to the General Department of Spor🍰ts and Physical Training.

Vietnamese athletes will compete in six of 22 events, including taekwondo, swimming, track-and-field, chess, wrestling and boxing.
The games, the sixth of its kind, draws athletes from 39 nations competing in such sports as basketball, volleyball, wrestling, judo, kurash, track-and-field, table tennis, weightlifting, swimming, shooting, archery, gymnastics and football. The Children of Asia International Sports Games are held every four years since 1996 in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) of Russia.-VNA
