Vietnam, Spain pledge to push up cooperation, friendship

During a September 9 meeting in Madrid, NA ViceChairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, First Vice President of the Congress ofDeputies Celia Villalobos and Vice President of the Senate Juan JoseLucas also agreed that the two sides will continue the mechanisms ofconsultation and coordination at multilateral forums like theInter-Parliamentary Union and the Asia-Europe Parliamentary forPartnership for peace, national independence and social progress.
