The signingtook place during a working visit to Russia by a delegation fromthe Vietnamese academy led by Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, Party CentralCommittee member and Director of the Academy.
The same day, the Vietnamese delegation visited the Far-East Division of the Russian Academy of Science.
They will also work with other counterparts in St. Petersburg andMinsk (Belarus) to exchange and learn from their experiences inmanagement and administration.-VNA
The trip will be made at the invitations of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and WEF President and CEO Børge Brende, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
