Vietnam and Italy have agreed to cooperate in auditing training,especially responsibilities of auditors in financial reportingjudgments.
The agreement was made during DeputyAuditor General of State Audit of Vietnam (SAV) Nguyen Quang Thanh’sworking visit to Italian State Audit Court (SAC) in Rome fromNovember 6-8.
At the meeting, the two sidesdiscussed measures to boost their ties in the time to come. Vietnamwants Italy to help in audit planning, personnel training while Italyis ready to carry out joint audit cooperation on Italia’s officialdevelopment assistant (ODA) projects in Vietnam .
Representatives from the SAC pledged to assist Vietnam in audittechniques and personnel training, particularly in financialresponsibility judgment.
