The information was revealed by Dang Duc Mai, Director ofthe Department of Financial Statistics and Informatics under theMinistry of Finance, at a press conference in Hanoi on August 12.
VF2013 will provide a panorama of the country’s currentsituation of financial supervision and plans to develop aconsolidated financial monitoring system to ensure thestably-performing financial sector fosters economic development, Maisaid.
It will also introduce new policies, initiatives and advanced technologies to be used in financial supervision.
During the event, delegates will examine ways to enhancemacro-economic and financial supervision capabilities and promote theapplication of information technology in the public finance sector.
Along with the conference, an exhibition in the field will be also held.-VNA
