The Asian Football Confederation has announced the seeds for the draw of the 2016 AFC U19 Championships finals in Bahrain next year.
Vietnam are in Group 4 with Iran, Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia.
Group 1 consists of hosts Bahrain, Qatar, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and Uzbekistan. Group 2 includes Japan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and China, while Australia, Yemen, the Republic of Korea and Iraq are in Group 3.
Vietnam earned their spot after topping Group G in the qualifiers.
The finals will be held from October 13-30, 2016.-VNA.

The U23 competition will run from June 16 to 22, followed by the U17 event from June 23 to 28, while athletes competing in the U23 category will undergo weight and skill checks ahead of the matches starting June 18, while similar checks for U17 athletes will take place before June 23.
Vietnam continues to sit just behind continental powerhouses Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia, China, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
