A five-year 2015-2020 agreement to this effect was signed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Cuban National Institute of Sport, Physical Education and Recreation in Hanoi on November 19.
Accordingly, both sides will encourage coaches and experts to join seminars, training courses and scientific conferences held in each country while improving sport capacity in terms of information technology, infrastructure, academic exchange, doping control, among others.
They also agreed to discuss annual plans to hold friendly matches.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Khanh Hai and Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Herminio Lopez Diaz were present at the event.-VNA
