Ngoc said that fostering sustainable and long-term ties, enhancing political trust and deepening substantive cooperation with China remain a consistent policy, an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority in Vietnam’s foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralisation and diversification of relations.
