At a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Union of FriendshipOrganisations (VUFO), Tran Dac Loi, in Hanoi on April 22, Carrion,member of the Brazil Communist Party and the House of Representatives,said he would introduce a Brazilian business delegation to seekpartners and boost investment in Vietnam .
Deputy ChairmanLoi said Carrion’s visit to Vietnam was a good chance for both sidesto boost exchanges and deepen mutual understanding in order to increasethe two countries’ friendship.
The Vietnam-Brazil FriendshipAssociation was set up in 2010, Loi said, expressing his hope that thetwo sides would continue to promote cooperation and exchange delegationsto strengthen their friendship and mutual understanding.
Duringtheir visit to Vietnam, Carrion and his entourage will pay tribute toPresident Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and visit some economic,educational and scientific research establishments in Hanoi and Ho ChiMinh City, and visit Ha Long Bay./.
