Deputy PM Ninh expressed his satisfaction with bilateralpartnership over the past time, especially in agriculture and foodsecurity. He noted that Canada ’s financial assistance to Vietnamhas given a boost to its socio-economic development.

He asked for Canada’s continued support to thesecond stage of the farm produce and food quality control project inVietnam , thus rolling it out to many localities across the nation.
The Canadian minister proposed stronger technical cooperation infarming, farm produce processing and fields of both sides’ strength.
