Vietnam attends conference of Asian political parties

Theconference “Russia for Asia: new business opportunities”, hosted by theUnited Russia Party, saw the attendance of representatives from 19ICAPP member parties and several Asian enterprises.
Delegatesdiscussed opportunities and prospects for boostingeconomic ties by extended cooperation among regional countries.
Theyshared view that with great potentials, Russia’s Far-East region holdsconditions beneficial to strengthening economic partnership with Asiancountries and serving as a bridge connecting Asia and Europe.
The seminar adopted the Vladivostok statement on regional development cooperation.
On the sidelines of the event, the Vietnamese officials held bilateralmeetings with representatives from the United Russia Party and otherpolitical parties, and exchanged views on issues of mutual concern.-VNA

The Chairman stressed the need for stricter fiscal discipline, faster digital transformation, and more efficient management of State budget revenues and expenditures.
