US Secretary of State visits AI-powered projects at Hanoi university

United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken on April 15 visited robots and AI-powered products at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology as part of his working visit to Vietnam.

Hanoi (VNA) – United States Secretary ofState Antony Blinken on April 15 visited robots and AI-powered products at theHanoi University of Science and Technology as part of his working visit toVietnam.

At the university, he was briefed on the algae airpurification system and Fi-Mi, a fine-grained AI-based mobile air quality monitoringand forecasting system.

After visiting the projects, the US Secretary of Statewatched a robot competition performed by Vietnamese students who are preparingfor the upcoming VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, Texas.

The same day, Blinken and Vietnamese Minister ofForeign Affairs Bui Thanh Son broke ground on the construction of the new USEmbassy in Cau Giay district, Hanoi./.
