Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand Pham Viet Hung had working sessions with the Governors of Trat, Chanthaburi, and Chonburi provinces in eastern Thailand between July 10-12 to discuss measures to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

Fifty-one hotels and resorts in Trat province, southeastern Thailand, have joined a "stay one night, get one night free" campaign to promote tourism under new normal conditions.

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen urged authorities to have water pipes connected from Thailand’s Trat province to supply water to Koh Kong province as the southern Cambodian locality is facing drought. ​

The southernmost province of Ca Mau wants to bolster cooperation, especially in tourism and investment with Thailand’s Trat province, said Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Tran Hong Quan.
