Amid the robust digital transformation in Vietnam, information technology and creative industries have emerged as sectors with significant growth potential.

Demand for human resources in Vietnam’s information technology (IT) sector has reached a five-year peak with nearly 63,000 jobs to be filled in 2019, according to the second quarter report on Vietnam’s IT market conducted by TopDev, an IT recruitment network and ecosystem.

Vietnam will need 70,000 - 90,000 information technology (IT) workers in 2019, the online newspaper of the Government reported, citing a report by TopDev – an IT recruiting firm.
