Top Vietnamese, Lao legislators hold talks
Lao National Assembly President and Chair of AIPA-45 Saysomphone Phomvihane on October 17 welcomed and held talks with National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, who is on an official visit to Laos and attending the 45th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly.
