It is anextremely valuable handbook for each Party cadre and member, and people to thoroughlyunderstand the policy on all-people national defence and the task of Fatherlandsafeguarding in the new context, and for all-level Party organisations, authorities and sectors, especially those at the grassroots level, to promotethe entire political system’s role and sense of responsibly towards nationaldefence, according to the local official./.
