Accordingto a ranking on IT application among ministries, sectors and localities in2019, the Ministry of Finance took the first position among the ministries andministry-level agencies in the field.

Ingeneral, the average IT application level of Government-run agencies, and citiesand provinces in 2019 was higher than that in 2018 which was led by the VietnamSocial Security.

Alsoon November 11, the Authority of IT Application under the Ministry ofInformation and Communications also publicised a book of questions and answerson digital transformation./.
