Thailand Research Expo 2019 held in Bangkok

The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) is organizing Thailand Research Expo 2019, where researchers can present their work on technology and innovation to inspire other sectors to move forward together according to the national strategy.
Bangkok (NNT/VNA) - Research is an important factorin national development. And to raise public awareness on research, theNational Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) is organizing Thailand ResearchExpo 2019, where researchers can present their work on technology andinnovation to inspire other sectors to move forward together according to thenational strategy.

At Thailand Research Expo 2019, the Deputy Prime Minister andJustice Minister, ACM Prajin Junton, delivered a keynote speech, saying theimportant aspect of research is to take action in order to find solutions andcreate new outcomes.

He said all sides will have to work together to encourage thebusiness and private sectors to invest in Thai researches and enhance them. Amaster plan will have to be developed to help push forward the research worksin the country, so that they are internationally recognized.

This will lead to stability, prosperity and sustainability,he said.

With more than 1,500 researches on display, Thailand ResearchExpo 2019 is being held from April 7 to 10 at Centara Grand & BangkokConvention Centre at Central World, Bangkok.-NNT/VNA
