Hanoi (VNA) – The tourism potential of China’s Taiwan was introducedat a tourism promotion programme in Hanoi on April 2.
Participants were briefed on Taiwan’stourist attractions such as Ali mountain (Alishan), Sun Moon lake, OrchidIsland (Lanyu) and NationalPalace Museum, together with its culture and cuisine.
Information about incentives on tour pricesand visas for Vietnamese tourists was provided as well.
The programme was held by the VietnamNational Administration of Tourism and Taiwan’s Tourism Bureau.
Recently, the bureau also worked with theTaipei Economic and Cultural office in Vietnam to publish the book “The beautyof Taiwan” to give readers an insight into Taiwan.
