Taiwanese firms invest 30 million USD in Binh Phuoc’s industrial park
Three Taiwanese-funded enterprises on March 21 signed deals to invest a total of 30 million USD at the Minh Hung Sikico industrial park in the southern province of Binh Phuoc.

Binh Phuoc (VNA) – Three Taiwanese-funded enterprises on March 21 signed deals toinvest a total of 30 million USD at the Minh Hung Sikico industrial park in thesouthern province of Binh Phuoc.
The capitalwill be channeled into several textiles-fabric dyeing projects spanning 5 ha ofthe 655 ha park.
Also at thesigning ceremony, the Taiwanese-based industrial investment limited company DDKVietnam and Minh Hung Sikico Industry JSC inked a cooperation agreement onpromoting investment in the park.
Speaking atthe event, the industrial park’s Deputy General Director Phan Tan Hoang said itwill prioritise attracting investments in electroplating, textiles-fabric dyeing,and agricultural mechanics.
Investorsare required to meet wastewater standards in line with national regulations andgive priority to using the local workforce, he added.
Chairwomanof the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Thi Hang expected that cooperation fromall sides would thrive in the future.
Localauthorities will create the best conditions possible for investors to operate,she stated.
Built at acost of over 3.39 trillion VND (145.77 million USD), Minh Hung Sikico is among13 local parks which together have hosted 19 companies whose registered capitalamounts to some 500 million USD. –VNA
