Little Vietnam,which covers 3.3 ha in the Ha Long Marina Urban Area and featureslinked infrastructure with the central city of Ha Long-a popular touristspot in Quang Ninh province, has a unique architectural design whichreplicates Hanoi's Old Quarter and Hoi An's Ancient Town but is still inharmony with contemporary designs.

The project,expected to be put into operation in November this year, attracted alarge number of investors for its comfortable accommodation andpromoting profits, with all of the units it released for sale beingbought within two months.

"Winning this Asia-Pacificproperty award will help to showcase our ongoing efforts to providereal estate products that meet the highest international standards andquality measures," Syrena Vietnam's Deputy General Director Le Minh Dungsaid.

Dung said the award would provide an impetus toSyrena Vietnam to develop its projects in Hanoi, Phu Quoc and Laos, withthe expectation that its projects would contribute to treasuring life'svalues and improving living standards in urban areas.-VNA
