Hanoi (VNA) –President Tran Dai Quang on September 20 offered his sympathy to his Mexicancounterpart Enrique Peña Nieto over the heavy losses in human lives andproperty caused by the strong earth quake on September 19.
The same day, Deputy PrimeMinister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of condolenceto Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Videgaray Caso.
