Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on June 13 demanded that the Government continue to enhance discipline, reform mindset and working methodology, and effectively implement the strategic institutional breakthrough to unlock all resources for development.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked for a renewed mindset in building laws and issuance of mechanisms and policies to mobilise the general strength for development, emphasising that institutions, mechanisms, and policies are the sources of development.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh required that the railway industry optimise existing assets, finance and human resources to modernise its operation, contributing to developing transport and realising the strategic breakthrough of transport infrastructure set in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
