Vietnamese leaders have sent congratulatory messages to their Icelandic counterparts on the occasion of Iceland’s National Day (June 17).

Deputy Ministers of Public Security Le Tan Toi, Le Van Tuyen, and Nguyen Van Long had their rank promoted from Lieutenant General to Senior Lieutenant General.

Hungarian President Sulyok Tamas and his spouse Nagy Zsuzsanna left Hanoi on May 29 evening, wrapping up a three-day official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of State President Luong Cuong.
