The growth was slightly higher thanthe 0.2-percent growth in the preceding quarter, and higher than the forecastby 0.1 percent, according to the ministry.
Under the report,Singapore narrowed its official full-year growth forecast for 2019 to 0.5-1percent.
As for 2020, the MTI forecasts that theSingaporean economy will pick up modestly as compared to2019, and the growth will be in the range of 0.5-2.5 percent.
