A working delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Linh, Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council and Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council of Central Party Agencies, paid a working trip to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September 1-7.
