The event was held on the occasion of a Russian delegation’s visit to Vietnam from October 28 – Noveꦑmber 2 to boost the Vietnam - Russia comprehensive strategic partnership.
Strozaeva Lubov Viktorovna from the Russian St♒ate Duma’s Centre for Strategic Cooperation said the delegation brought along a number of initiatives and inventions, which will be applied in Vietnam’s industry, science and technology in the coming time.

The Russian side said they hope an archive centre within the RCSC will be promptly built to serve as a bridge for the two countries’ cooperation.
