Some of 11,000 athletes from 20 countries and territories on October 13 participated in the VPBank Hanoi International Marathon 2024, which took place at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square to celebrate the capital city’s Liberation Day.

The Viettel Marathon Series 2024, the first of its kind, is set to launch with races across Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in the last two months of this year.

Some 2,000 runners will participate in Son Tra Run Challenge 2023 which will take place on Son Tra peninsula, Da Nang city on December 23-24.
