Resolutions approved at 15th NA’s second session

Hanoi (VNA) – The 15th National Assembly (NA) continuedthe second session in Hanoi on November 12 under the chair of NA Chairman VuongDinh Hue.

In the morning,Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung answered questions aboutissues under his watch.

Prime Minister PhamMinh Chinh also made clear issues regarding infrastructure development, supportfor residents and workers in the near future, measures to achieve economictargets, the action programme on COVID-19 response, vaccine diplomacy strategy,attraction of foreign investment to Vietnam during and after COVID-19, andmeasures for global integration.

In the afternoon, Chairman of the NA Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presentedreports on explaination of the draft Resolution on economic restructuring planfor the 2021-2025 period, the draft Resolution on 2022 socio-economic developmentplan, and the draft Law on amendments and supplements to several articles of,as well as Appendix – List of national statistical indicators of the StatisticsLaw.

The legislature latervoted to approve these documents.

Member of the NAStanding Committee and Chairwoman of the NA’s Committee for Judicial Affairs LeThi Nga delivered a report on collecting feedback on the draft Resolution onthe organisation of virtual courts and a report on explaining the draft Law onamendments and supplements to several articles of the Code of CriminalProcedure.

Lawmakers alsoapproved them later.

On November 13morning, the NA is due to pass the Resolution on the State budget estimate2022, the Resolution on several special mechanisms and policies for thedevelopment of Hai Phong city and the provinces of Nghe An, Thanh Hoa and ThuaThien-Hue, the Resolution on the national land use planning for 2021-2030 witha vision to 2050, and the 2021-2025 land use plan, the Resolution on the 2022central budget allocation.
