The remains were unearthed in the Cambodian provinces of PreyVeng and Pursat by the K91 search team under the Dong Thap military command.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’sCommittee Doan Tan Buu stressed the martyrs’ contributions to the nation’sindependence and peace will be always remembered.-VNA

Ho Chi Minh City held a service at the martyrs’ cemetery of Cu Chi district on June 5 to rebury 14 sets of remains of soldiers who died in the southeastern region during the war against the US.
The total investment exceeded 319 billion VND (12.2 million USD), including over 261 billion VND from the state budget and 57.5 billion VND mobilised from businesses, organisations, and individuals.
