Reference exchange rate up by 4 VND

Hanoi(VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,438VND/USD on September 14, up by 4 VND from September 13.
 
With the current  +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 23,110 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,766 VND per USD.

Major commercial banks continued keeping their rates stable.

Vietcombank offered 22,690 VND (buying) and 22,760 VND (selling), per USD, unchangedfrom the end of last week.

BIDV also kept its rates unchanged, offering 22,690 VND (buying) and 22,760 VND(selling), per USD.

Techcombank retained its buying rate at 22,680 VND and its selling rate at22,770 VND, per USD, unchanged for days.-VNA
