Hanoi (VNA)♔ – The State Bank set the VND/USD reference exchange rate at 22,043 VND per USD on November 10, up 18 VND from the day before.

With the current +/-3 trading band, the ceiling rate for commercial banks is 22,704 VND and the floor rate, 21,382 VND per USD.
The rates listed by Vietcombank during the opening hours dropped 10 VND from November 9, at 22,285 VND (buying) and 22,355 VND (selling) for one USD. BIDV cut its rates by 5 VND on both buying and selling rates, with one USD today bought for 22,290 VND and sold for 22,360 VND.
Meanwhile, Eximbank and Techcombank kept their listed rates unchanged from November 9. Eximbank listed its buying rate at 22,290 VND and selling rate at 22,370 VND for one USD. The rates at Techcombank were 22,280 VND (buying) and 22,390 (selling) per USD.-VNA
