Reference exchange rate falls slightly on June 26

The daily reference exchange rate dropped 2 VND from the previous day to stand at 25,053 VND on June 26.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,053 VND on June 26, down 2 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,306 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,800 VND/USD.

At 8:10 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks also saw decreases.

Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,985 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,305 VND/USD, both down 2 VND from the June 25 morning session.

ౠ BIDV also cut both rates by 2 VND, listing the buying rate at 25,945 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,305 VND/USD./.
