Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily referenceexchange rate at 23,132 VND per USD on February 24, down 8 VND from the previousday.
With thecurrent trading band of /-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercialbanks on the day is 23,826 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,438 VND/USD.
The rateslisted at commercial banks stayed stable.
At 8:15 am,Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,910 VND/USD, and the selling rate 23,120VND/USD, unchanged from February 23.
Similarly,the rates at BIDV were maintained unchanged at 22,925 VND/USD (buying) and23,125 VND/USD (selling).
Meanwhile,BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,880 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,127VND/USD, up 3 VND and 2 VND, respectively./.
