Hanoi (VNA) - The StateBank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate on February 26 at 22,910VND per USD, down 1 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,597VND/USD and the floor rate 22,205 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercialbanks stayed relatively stable.
Vietcombank increased both rates by 5VND compared to February 25, at 23,165 VND/USD (buying) and 23,265 VND/USD(selling).
BIDV also listed both rates at 23,165VND/USD (buying) and 23,265 VND/USD (selling), up 10 VND.
Meanwhile, Techcombank kept the ratesunchanged, standing at 23,145 VND/USD (buying) and 23,265 VND/USD (selling).-VNA
