Public administrative services centre opens in Dak Lak province
The People’s Committee of the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak on December 31 opened its public administrative services centre in its capital, Buon Ma Thuot city.

Dak Lak (VNA) – The People’s Committee of theCentral Highlands province of Dak Lak on December 31 opened its public administrativeservices centre in its capital, Buon Ma Thuot city.
Speaking at a ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of thecommittee Nguyen Tuan Ha urged the centre staff to work hard so as to raisetheir working ability and service spirit, and called on relevant authorities toclosely collaborate with the centre in processing the requests by the peopleand enterprises.
Director of the centre Nguyen Thi Thu An said the facilityis well equipped in terms of both hardware and software to ensure the bestpossible services.
Currently the centre is providing services related toadministrative procedures in the fields of transport; planning and investment;agriculture and rural development; labour, invalids and social affairs; healthcare; industry and trade; construction; culture, sports and tourism; natural resourcesand environment; foreign relations; information and communications; and scienceand technology.
It is scheduled that in 2021, all the administrativeprocedures of all the fields will be settled by the centre./.
Reforms of the administrative system must be done with “professionalism and resolution” to effectively eliminate "vested interest" and corrupt elements, according to Minister, Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung.
The number of Vietnamese public administrative services that have been made available online is still low, even after five years of implementing Resolution No.19 on the improvement of the business climate, said Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) Nguyen Dinh Cung.
