General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam held talks with President of Ireland Michael Higgins in Dublin on October 2, as part of his state visit to the European country from October 1-3.

President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins and his spouse will pay a State-level visit to Vietnam from November 5-11.
