Hanoi (VNA) – President Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended a conference in Hanoi on January 12 to review the Presidential Office's performance of tasks in 2021 and launch missions for this year.

President Phuc lauded the Presidential Office for working closely with the Offices of theParty Central Committee, National Assembly and Government, ministries, agenciesand localities to fulfill tasks in 2021 when a number of important politicalevents took place, including the transfer of the President and Vice Presidenttenure.

Agreeingwith the Office’s working report 2021, the President said the results will laya foundation for the successes of the 2016-2021 tenure.

Inorder to offer better counseling to the President and Vice President in 2022, heasked the Office to improve its working quality, especially collecting and draftingdocuments, paying attention to reception and governance issues while closelygrasping the country’s situation to offer timely reward to outstandingexamples and uphold the power of great national unity.
