Poster exhibition portrays late President Ho Chi Minh

The Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi will open an exhibition of posters depicting the late President Ho Chi Minh on May 10.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi willopen an exhibition of posters depicting the late President Ho Chi Minh on May10, as part of the activities marking the 50-year implementation of histestament (1969 – 2019) and his 129th birth anniversary (May 19, 1890 – 2019).

On display will be close to 60 works, mostly original, whichwere created after the passing of the former President.

The event is scheduled to last until October 10.

President Ho Chi Minh (1890-1969) was the founder of theCommunist Party of Vietnam. He laid the foundation and led the Vietnameserevolution to victory in the 20th century with the establishment of theDemocratic Republic of Vietnam in 1945.-VNA

The exhibition showcases more than 100 valuable documents and artifacts, divided into two main parts: “Journalist Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh” and “President Ho Chi Minh – Founder and Mentor of Vietnamese Revolutionary Press.” This is an opportunity to recall the late leader’s journalism journey and affirm his exceptional role in founding and guiding the revolutionary press in Vietnam.
