Hanoi (VNA) –🥂 The Philippines’ task force on COVID-19 will approve entry of foreigninvestors starting November, announced presidential spokesperson Harry Roque ina televised address on October 23.

Accordingly, foreignerswith investment visas from Philippine agencies would be allowed entry. The easing of travelrestrictions is among a slew of relaxed rules revealed the same day to help thecountry’s battered economy recover from recession. The Southeast Asiannation imposed travel curbs in February to stem the spread of the novelcoronavirus SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19. Total confirmed casesin the Philippines have increased to 365,799, with a death toll of 6,915./.
