Petrol prices adjusted down for 7th time this year

The retail prices of petrol continued to be adjusted down for the seventh time this year on April 13 in the latest regular review of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

Hanoi (VNA) - The retailprices of petrol continued to be adjusted down for the seventh time this yearon April 13 in the latest regular review of the Ministry of Industry andTrade and the Ministry of Finance.

As from April 13, the price ofbiofuel E5 RON92 fell by 613 VND to 11,343 VND (0.49 USD) per litre at thehighest, and that of RON95-III was also down by 621 VND to 11,939 VND perlitre.

Meanwhile, the prices of diesel 0.05Sand kerosene were 10,823 VND per litre and 10,823 VND per litre, down 436 VNDand 502 VND per litre, respectively.

Mazut 180CST 3.5S is sold at no morethan 9,327 VND per kilogramme, down 126 VND per kilogramme.

The two ministries review fuel pricesevery 15 days to adjust domestic prices in accordance with fluctuations in theglobal market.

Since the beginning of the year, theprices have decreased by a cumulative 8,500 VND per litre for E5RON92, 8,600VND per litre for RON95-III and 6,000 VND per litre for diesel 0.05S./.
